Job Overview

Trainee Drainage Operative No previous experience required – full training provided. A full UK driving licence is essential , as you will be required to drive company vehicles. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of drainage activities, ensuring all site information is captured and recorded accurately. Please note, this role can involve working away from home during some weeks . When staying away: A company vehicle will be provided Hotel accommodation will be provided Up to £200 per week additional payment for staying away Up to £200 per week for expenses This offers an excellent opportunity to boost weekly earnings for drivers who are flexible with working away

Key Responsibilities

• You will assist with all aspects of drainage work, supporting experienced team members while developing your skills through structured training and on-the-job experience.
• Carry out drainage works across a variety of sites
• High-pressure water jetting (van pack & recycler)
• Deep suction tanker work and tank cleans
• Assisting with CCTV surveys alongside a CCTV Surveyor
• Working in confined spaces
• Accurately complete site and job information using a tablet
• Work in line with company health & safety policies
• Manage time effectively and work efficiently
• Complete driver hours and vehicle checks (where required)
• Maintain vehicles and equipment
• Participate in the out-of-hours Rota
• Undertake all required training and development
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and comply with all relevant legislation
• Treat colleagues, customers, and stakeholders with fairness, dignity, and respect
